So I have a very unconventional approach to alternative healthcare, very unlike a person from an allopathic background. I think alternative healthcare is great. It’s a big boom, and it is very helpful for generalized wellness to prevent diseases. Medical care is very important for solving problems due to diseases or poor health, but to prevent these diseases, alternative healthcare, such as Ayurveda, herbs, turmeric, neem, so many others.

Whether it is acupressure or reflexology, acupuncture, homeopathy, yoga, Chi Kong, Tai Chi; also have a big role to play in general wellness and help in the mind, body connection and enhance the quality of life greatly.

I think they really help to prevent diseases that can become serious and then one has to resort to medical care. So I’m all for it.
